On October 1st and 2nd of 2018, Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas will play host to the 2018 Gateway Conference for Leadership and Worship. This a gathering of thousands of churchgoers and ministry leaders to pray, learn, and grow together, complete with internationally recognized guest speakers and live music. If you’re a spiritual sort of person, it’s definitely not an event to miss!
Many videos from the 2017 conference are freely available online, so you can check those out if you’d like to get an idea of what to expect from the event. And even more good news: ECHO is already taking reservations for transportation to the conference venue.
“But wait,” you may be saying to yourself. “I have access to a car. Why should I hire a professional ground travel service instead of driving there myself?” That’s a good question! Here are three answers to it:
- We’re local. Although ECHO Transportation has locations all over Texas, our company headquarters is actually in Dallas. Southlake, the home of Gateway Church, happens to be a suburb of Dallas. Believe us when we say that we know Southlake (and the entire DFW Metroplex) like the backs of our hands; our drivers are definitely aware of the smartest routes to take and the best points of interest along the way. Instead of trying to negotiate an unfamiliar area by yourself, you can have an expert taking care of you.
- We’re safe. All of our drivers are subjected to extensive background checks and receive rigorous safety training, while our professional vehicles are inspected regularly to prevent mechanical issues. Pair those details with the fact that traveling by bus is statistically much safer than traveling via personal car, and you can rest assured that you’ll be in good hands while you’re on the road. As an added bonus, our spacious vehicles can accommodate even large groups of travelers and all of their luggage. You won’t have to split your party up or “caravan” with multiple cars, which means that the odds of folks getting lost or separated will be reduced significantly.
- We’ll get you there on time—guaranteed. One of the most stressful aspects of traveling is trying to stick to a schedule. And doing so is especially important when you’re attending a conference with a fairly tight lineup. No one likes to be late to these programs; at best, you’ll be put in the embarrassing position of having to “sneak in” after an event has started, and at worst, you could miss something truly spectacular. At ECHO, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and good punctuality is a major tenant of that. We’ll work with your group to come up with an itinerary that works for everyone, and we’ll stick to it. If the unthinkable happens and there’s some kind of SNAFU on our end, you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll do whatever we can to make things right!
The registration page for the Gateway Conference is currently offering a discounted rate on admission if you purchase five or more tickets at once. Thus, now is an excellent time to start forming a group and getting your ticket money together! It’s also an excellent time to start figuring out how you’ll get to the venue. Booking an ECHO Transportation passenger van, mini-coach, or bus isn’t your only option, of course. But considering our ties to the community, devotion to passenger safety, and commitment to customer satisfaction, we’re certainly a smart choice!
