ECHO AFC Para-Transit Improves Mobility for ADA Passengers
ECHO AFC can improve mobility for passengers with disabilities in the Dallas Metro. Our ADA approved fleet and specially trained drivers partner with cities, organizations, non-profits and senior communities for chartered transit.
ECHO AFC’s fleet of vans and buses utilize hydraulic wheelchair lifts, industrial strength ramps and are accessible by service animals in uniform. Although our vehicles do have certain weight limits and passenger capabilities, our team is trained to go the extra mile to provide safe, reliable and comfortable transportation for every passenger.
Additional para-transit technology includes platform barriers to keep wheelchairs in place. Strong, large handrails are fitted for additional security and support. Vehicle ramps and bridge plates are also available as well as lift equipment and priority seating for the disabled.
Real Customers. Real Feedback.
George Rainey was the driver for our Myrtle Beach trip on April 1-9 and was excellent in every respect. Most importantly he was a very careful and courteous driver. He was so respectful and helpful to passengers. He always had a smile and was pleasant. He maintained a clean bus. He was a tremendous help to me and the group leader, by loading bottles of water and icing them down. It’s evident that he likes his job.
