I have been riding the bus for over a year now and need to tell you that no driver compares to Becky at Echo Transportation. Becky greets everyone when they walk in and brings a smile to my day! I appreciate your dedication to keeping the right people around for the safety of the students. Please continue rewarding, respecting, and valuing Becky and Don C. with the compensation they deserve.K. Bonds, Class of 2018 at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX
I am writing in regards to one of your employees. I ride on Larry’s route everyday from SMU. Unlike many of the riders, I’m not a student but a professor in the World Languages and Literature Department. In the last year I have developed quite a relationship with Larry. I would just like to say that he is a truly exceptional driver. He is punctual, professional, and very friendly. I know the past 8 months have been difficult for him with his injuries. But he has not let that either slow him down or dampen his mood. In fact, it would be almost impossible to tell that he had such injuries if I didn’t know him. He is that professional on his route. I can count on him every day and look forward to his smile. He’s doing a great job, and speaks well of both you and your organization.Justin G., Professor at Southern Methodist University
